"Never love anything that can't love you back."
...just so you know...
My estranged, and I do not use the term lightly, husband apparently has created yet another dA account and posted some nasty, intimidating threats and comments on my account last night. dA has been informed as well as the local police and FBI regarding this harassment and bullying. I removed the widgets with my friends and watchers listed on them just in case. BUT...should you receive a nasty message concerning me or from !

captian-Jack...probably more to come. (yes, that would be Dutch for Julie is a whore), please report it to dA. His intimidation and threats are meant to hurt me, not you. I apologize if anyone else was affected by his narcissistic rage and behaviors. Welcome to the past three years of my life.

...hanging in there
Ok, so in between dealing with the asshole (pardon my language), qualifying and interviewing for career posts, taking care of my son and Kerouac, as well as paying my bills (as always)and trying to take care of my health, I have been spending the little time I have left re-learning PhotoShop after three years and doing a little bit of writing. I am hoping that very soon, by this coming Sunday, I will have one or two things to submit here.
Since returning to dA, I have been overwhelmed by the support and love of friends old and new. It is my pleasure to be back here, truly.
A couple of weeks ago I ventured upon two particularly lovely ladies work that I found that I could entirely relate to. I found it comforting to read their words and know that I was not alone in feeling the way I do. Well, honestly, to know that I wasn't alone at all. I find their words inspiring and see their strength in every piece of work they submit. I'm proud to have stumbled upon them both and hope that I can call them friends. So, please, enjoy their work along with me and offer your show of support. My features this month go to:

and...

I hope you enjoy their work, as I do!my stamp collection
